Original Classic Hunter's Smoked Sausage

I ordered 4 items. I visited for the pickled sausages and eggs. I had the original pickled sausages and the texture and consistency was good. The pickling was extreme. In comparison inalsontrued the Mexican pickled sausages which the texture was good, the sausage itself was not as firm and the pickling was much much more mild and was more along what I was expecting. I do not know what the reason was for the vast difference in pickling and to me that inconsistency. Maybe the sausage were fresher in one batch and the other batch was on the shelf longer and made such a huge difference in pickle. I will say these pickled sausage texture and firmness is some of the best I had. The pickled eggs are extremely strong with the pickle also. I prefer milder pickle myself. I will be trying this company and these same products and others in the future. As for the original beefsticks. They were good and I wish I got a bigger bag.

I enjoy your products, but your Original Classic Hunter's Smoked Sausage were okay but, I will not order them again. Instead, I will continue ordering your other products. Of course, this is just my opinion.

Please think about making pickled turkey gizzards
