Has just a little kick, and a little sweet, which isn't bad but when you expect original jerky there shouldn't be any spice or sweetness. Otherwise, all their jerky is pretty good. Price is very high, and shipping is very high. The price you pay for quality is always high if you want something that is good and made right.
